In cultural racism
The book addresses the problem of the transformation of racism in recent decades from “biological racism” based on the assumption of the existence of distinct races with fixed genetic characteristics that necessitate a distinction between countries, peoples and groups politically, economically, or in terms of mental abilities or moral qualities, as well as racism that arranges races hierarchically from the highest to the lowest, to “cultural racism” that divides peoples culturally and gives each of them inherited cultural characteristics from the highest to the lowest as well, and is based on two pillars: the first, defining fixed essential characteristics for the culture of a particular people or group, and the second, generalizing these characteristics to those who are born into the state of that culture.
