The first, entitled The Arab Revolutions: Transcending the Internal and External Duality, sees the Arab explosions as the result of persistent tyranny that transformed the prevailing regimes in most Arab countries into regimes unable to overcome the levels of poverty and marginalization that have befallen their societies, in addition to the spread of corruption and unemployment, and the inability to rise and progress.
