But asking the question in this way and trying to answer it directly without a historical or conceptual analysis is considered a model of an intellectual state marred by flattening and generalization from every aspect, and here comes the author’s attempt in this book, not to answer this question, but to clarify the doctrinal, intellectual, historical and epistemological framework for the issue of the vitality of Sharia. and its apathy throughout history
