This book is a collection of scenes, in which each chick faces a feeling or sensation, experiencing fear, anger, cold, sleepiness, sadness, etc. In all these cases, the mother is the refuge... Six chicks explore the unknown world of the garden, and experience their feelings and sensations with it: the first was afraid, the second was angry, the third was cold, the fourth was sleepy, the fifth was sad, and the sixth was anxious.
