This study belongs to the field of political thought aimed at formulating a critical theory that addresses the definition of the term revolutionary as a contemporary scientific definition, and its authenticity in Arab thought. To that end, the writer returned to the word “revolution” as stated in Arab historical sources, noting that the Arabs did not use the word “revolution” in the sense of this word in our late age, but used words such as “exit” and “fatna”, the words “exit of the Kramatians” or “dung snatches” were said. The writer draws attention to the fact that the outbreak of the community is plausible, and the outbreak of the Saltans has opinions. And getting out means going out to ask for the right. In this field of historical thought, the writer presents the views of Ibn Khaldun, Maurdi, Ibn Temiyah, Abu Mujahid al-Visual and others.
